Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D3 recommended use: 1-4 times per month as desired
Glutathione recommended use: 2 times per week for 4-6 weeks then 1 time per week for maintenance of overall health and wellness

1 time per week for immune maintenance and every 72 hrs for immediate immune support when symptomatic
PNW Slim Shot works best if used every 72 hours for 6-8 weeks while dieting and exercising, then 1 time per week for maintenance of overall health and wellness
