PNW Hydration & Wellness is pleased to offer a once weekly
self-injectable weight loss medication called; Semaglutide.
Semaglutide is an injectable prescription medication used for Type 2 Diabetes and for adults who are overweight/obese, who also have weight-related medical problems to help them lose weight and keep the weight off!
To qualify you must have Type 2 Diabetes OR have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of >/= 30 OR a BMI of 27 with at least one weight-related comorbidity (ex: Elevated blood pressure, sleep apnea, elevated cholesterol, Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) etc.)
This program is intended to be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle to include; physical activity and eating a well-balanced & nutritious diet for optimal health, wellness and sustainable results.
Semaglutide is known under the brand names; Ozempic and Wegovy. These medications can be very expensive and many times insurance will not cover the cost.
While PNW Hydration & Wellness does not take insurance we pride ourselves with sourcing the highest quality medications for the most economical pricing so we can pass those savings on to you.
We will also pair the weekly Semaglutide injections with our PNW Slim Shot or PNW B12 injection for optimal health, wellness and sustainable results. This is included in the price of our monthly membership program.
With an active monthly membership you will also have access to our customized IVs and other vitamin booster shots and services, at a discount, to enhance and support your health, wellness and weight loss efforts and goals.
PRICING
Our Medical Weight Loss Program will be a monthly membership program with the following pricing;
NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of $100 for initial consultation is REQUIRED!*
This will go towards the cost of your consultation when you arrive. You forfeit this deposit if you No-Show or cancel with less than 48 hours notice. If this is not paid within 72 hours of your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.
*If you schedule online our staff will contact you for payment of deposit to secure your appointment. If you call in to schedule we will take your deposit payment over the phone.
Consultation: $350
This will include a 30-minute appointment with our medical director where together, you will review medical and family history, current concerns and goals. This will also include a full lab workup*
*labs are required in order to be eligible for our weight loss program.
Repeat Labs: $250
Repeat lab testing is required between
3-6 months again between 9-12 months and at least annually thereafter. This is best practice to ensure monitoring of your body function at the cellular level.
Monthly membership pricing will vary depending on individual dosing.
All participants will start out at the lowest dosing and we will titrate up individually from there.
Monthly memberships start at $300.00 and can go up to $525.00 depending on individual dosing.
The cost for using brand name; Ozempic & Wegovy can range anywhere from
$700-$2000/month and this is for medication ONLY! It does NOT include PNW Slim Shot/B12, provider visits, lab testing or other supportive services.
