PNW Hydration & Wellness is pleased to offer our Medically Managed Weight Loss Progam. Our program offers a myriad of options, some of these options include oral and injectable medications.
In addition to achieveing weight loss, some of the medications that we offer are also used to help those with, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, liver disease, PCOS, Metabloic Syndrome, Various skin conditions, Sleep Apnea, Alzheimers/Dementia and so-much-more!
Our program is intended to be used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle to include; physical activity and eating a well-balanced & nutritious diet for optimal health, wellness and sustainable results.
While PNW Hydration & Wellness does not take insurance we pride ourselves with sourcing the highest quality medications for the most economical pricing so we can pass those savings on to you.
While engaging in our program you may also be provided with supplmental injections such as; our PNW Slim Shot or PNW B12 injection for optimal health, wellness and sustainable results. This is included in the price of our monthly membership program.
With an active monthly membership you will also have access to our customized IVs and other vitamin booster shots and services, at a discount, to enhance and support your health, wellness and weight loss efforts and goals.
PRICING
Our Medically Managed Weight Loss Program is a comprehensive monthly membership program with the following pricing;
NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of $100 for initial consultation is REQUIRED!*
This will go towards the cost of your consultation when you arrive. You forfeit this deposit if you No-Show or cancel with less than 48 hours notice. If this is not paid within 72 hours of your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.
*If you schedule online our staff will contact you for payment of deposit to secure your appointment. If you call in to schedule we will take your deposit payment over the phone.
Consultation: $350
This will include a 30-minute appointment with our medical director where together, you will review medical and family history, current concerns and goals. This will also include a full lab workup*
*labs are required in order to be eligible for our weight loss program.
Repeat Labs: $50-$350
Repeat lab testing is required between
3-6 months again between 9-12 months and at least annually thereafter. This is best practice to ensure monitoring of your body function at the cellular level.
Monthly membership pricing will vary depending on individual program.
All participants will start out at the lowest dosing and we will titrate up individually from there. We can offer split dosing, microdosing and multiple other dosing variations and options for your individual needs to reach your health and wellness goals.
Our Medically Managed Weight Loss monthly membership costs start at $500.00. This pricing includes;
